Weekends Are Growing, Sundays Are Exploding

Roger Stone continues to draw strong listener engagement across two distinct programs, The Roger Stone Show and The Stone Zone, both of which are showing measurable growth among Adults 35 to 64. Nielsen Audio Trend data from Spring 2025 to Fall 2025 highlights momentum across both formats, reinforcing the strength of Stone’s on air presence and the audience interest surrounding his commentary.

On Sundays, The Roger Stone Show has delivered one of the most eye catching increases in the schedule. Average Quarter Hour listening among Adults 35 to 64 doubled, rising 100% from 3,900 to 7,800 AQH. Growth of that size reflects a major increase in sustained listening, meaning audiences are not simply discovering the show but staying tuned in once they arrive. When AQH doubles over a single trend period, it signals strong engagement and rising loyalty. Weekly reach also increased 5.8%, growing from 12,000 to 12,700 listeners. While the reach increase is modest, the dramatic AQH gain suggests that the show is developing a more committed audience base that spends more time with the program each week.

Weeknights tell a similar story of growing momentum. The Stone Zone, which airs Monday through Friday from 8p to 9p, continues to expand both depth and reach with Adults 35 to 64. AQH listening increased 14.3%, moving from 6,300 to 7,200 listeners. That indicates more consistent nightly engagement from the audience. At the same time, weekly reach saw a significant 21.4% jump, climbing from 29,900 to 36,300 listeners. That kind of Cume expansion reflects new listeners discovering the show and returning to it regularly. Together, the growth in both AQH and Cume signals that The Stone Zone is broadening its footprint while strengthening time spent listening.

Roger Stone brings decades of political experience and national visibility to the microphone. Over the course of his career, he has advised campaigns, worked behind the scenes in national politics, and built a reputation as one of the most recognizable strategists in the political arena. That firsthand perspective gives his commentary a distinctive edge. Listeners are not simply hearing analysis from the outside. They are hearing insights from someone who has operated inside political campaigns and major national events.

Beyond his professional background, Stone’s on air style is shaped by his personality and storytelling ability. He is known for his vivid recollections of political history, sharing anecdotes from decades of campaign work and Washington strategy. Whether he is discussing the mechanics of a presidential race or reflecting on past political moments, Stone often brings listeners behind the curtain, offering stories that rarely surface in traditional political coverage. That mix of insider perspective and conversational delivery creates an experience that feels both informative and entertaining.

Stone also brings a distinctly personal presence to his broadcasts. He often speaks about his long standing passion for politics, the mentors and figures who influenced his career, and the experiences that shaped his worldview. His enthusiasm for American political history frequently surfaces in discussions of past campaigns, legendary strategists, and the personalities that shaped modern elections. Those personal reflections give the programs texture and personality beyond the day’s headlines.

Across both programs, listeners hear a host who combines historical perspective, strategic insight, and strong on air identity. With The Roger Stone Show doubling its AQH audience on Sundays and The Stone Zone expanding reach by more than 21% on weeknights, the data shows clear forward movement among Adults 35 to 64. The combination of growing listenership and a host with decades of political storytelling experience creates a compelling program that continues to build momentum with audiences.
